GAIA SERVICES
Arbor Services & Tree Surveys
Native, non-native, historic. We survey and assess tree health, risk, and regulatory status so landowners and developers can make informed decisions about what to keep, protect, or remove.

What are Arbor Services & Tree Surveys?
Florida’s tree canopy is both ecologically valuable and legally protected. Before clearing a site or modifying trees on a development parcel, many municipalities require a tree survey or statistics — a formal documentation of species, condition, size, and protected status of trees on the property.
Savannah Parks is a certified arborist through the International Society of Arborists (ISA), with additional training through the University of Florida. GAIA provides tree surveys and statistics that meet local and state municipality requirements.
Services Include
- Tree surveys and statistics — identifying native, non-native, and historic trees
- Tree health assessments — evaluating the condition and structural integrity of trees
- Tree risk assessments — identifying hazardous trees on residential and commercial sites
- Protected tree identification — flagging trees subject to local preservation requirements
- Tree canopy reports for permitting and regulatory submittals
